Bonus, stock split और dividend से जुड़े corporate actions इस week investors की नजर में हैं। 4 October की Economic Times report के अनुसार 5 से 9 October 2026 के बीच करीब 10 companies ex-record date पर जाने वाली हैं।
Bonus share क्या होता है?
Bonus shares company अपने existing shareholders को additional shares के रूप में देती है। इससे shares की quantity बढ़ती है, लेकिन theoretical रूप से company का कुल market value सिर्फ bonus के कारण नहीं बढ़ता।
Stock split क्या है?
Stock split में एक existing share को छोटे face-value वाले multiple shares में divide किया जाता है। इससे share price कम दिख सकता है और trading accessibility बढ़ सकती है, लेकिन investor की ownership value mechanically नहीं बढ़ती।
Dividend का क्या मतलब?
Dividend company के profits से shareholders को cash distribution है। Eligibility के लिए record date महत्वपूर्ण है।
