Jio Platforms IPO 2026 के सबसे बड़े upcoming IPOs में से एक है। कंपनी ने June 2026 में IPO के लिए draft papers file किए थे और SEBI की observations के बाद offer आगे बढ़ा। 4 October 2026 की latest reports के मुताबिक IPO 21 October के आसपास खुल सकता है और 28 October के आसपास listing target की जा रही है, लेकिन ये dates अभी report-based हैं और बदल सकती हैं। Economic Times की latest report में यही proposed timeline दी गई है।

Jio Platforms Reliance group का digital and telecom holding business है। Reuters ने June 2026 में report किया था कि company ने करीब $3.8 billion IPO की तैयारी के लिए regulatory papers file किए थे।
IPO से आने वाला पैसा कहां जाएगा?
Current reporting के मुताबिक issue पूरी तरह fresh shares का हो सकता है। बड़ा हिस्सा Reliance Jio Infocomm की लगभग ₹27,500 करोड़ की borrowings को repay या prepay करने में इस्तेमाल करने की योजना बताई गई है। Issue details में इस use of proceeds का उल्लेख है।
RIL shareholders के लिए क्या मतलब?
Jio Platforms की separate listing से Reliance Industries के shareholders को भी value-unlocking का potential मिल सकता है। हालांकि shareholder eligibility या quota से जुड़ी किसी भी बात को RIL/IPO documents से verify करना चाहिए।
GMP पर कितना भरोसा करें?
IPO open होने से पहले unofficial grey market premium को लेकर अलग-अलग numbers सामने आ सकते हैं। GMP exchange price नहीं है और actual listing इससे अलग हो सकती है। इसलिए सिर्फ GMP देखकर application करना सही strategy नहीं है।
